Jackie made the planning process so easy, she is a natural planner! She had a lovely vision for the day and had little details that made the wedding feel unique to their personal style. You could feel the love they had for one another through all of the little moments in between the big timeline moments. The casual graze of the back, the constant laughter, and eye contact was infectious.

Their venue doesn’t give access until 5pm for vendors so they were able to have a slow start to the day. Jackie did her hair and make up with her sister and mom. The planning pieces started with a running start at 5pm. Touristy venues create tight timelines for set up, but my years with Seattle Aquarium make me uniquely fit for tight flips.

The couple didn’t do a first look, but she did do one with her dad! I love how this venue gives you access to the galleries, it creates beautiful backdrops.

Her bouquet was one of my favorites of the season! It had so much personality with its mix of unique blooms, and it matched her modern, effortless style perfectly.

The couple went with the indoor option for the ceremony. It was a great call even though unplanned because it was about 85 degrees that day! We draped the pedestals in ivory fabric to give it a soft romantic feel. The bride wanted green satin bows tied to the aisle chairs which is a quick and cost effective way to enhance the space.

I love the reception space in this venue, it has the prettiest lighting during sunset! The stone walls and flooring give the space such an organic feel. The linen was in shade Natural with a Moss green satin napkin. Each table had a modern sleek Ikebana arrangement full of striking blooms. We treated each arrangement as mini art installations.

We had vintage dishes filled with custom matchbooks for guest to take with them to remember the special occasion!

They are the cutest. Love that the photographer captured these sweet little moments.

The ceremony arrangements were later moved to the cake table. We added some blooms to the cake to tie it all in!

The dance party was on fire the whole night. Bamboo beats had the perfect uplighting to set the mood. The guest started dancing with the uplighting. Not sure they would advertise this but the guest where having a bast with the long lights!
