After eight years in the Seattle wedding world, I’ve built a trusted network of independent planners, assistants, and event professionals who step in seamlessly whenever extra support is needed. Whether your event calls for additional coordination coverage, design setup, or a just-in-case backup, I have the right people ready to go.
So while I’ll be your main point of contact from start to finish, you’ll always have a reliable, well-prepared team behind the scenes—no matter what.

We plan all over the state of Washington and beyond! We have stepped foot in many venues, sometimes multiple times. However, every year, there are still venues that are new to us, and we love that! If we have yet to go to your venue, we do a comprehensive logistical site visit on our own time in addition to our site walk-through. 

Yes, we have a la carte options to enhance your package.

Short answer: yes. However, we are going to ask you what task you need from us on the day of. We don't simply replace a staffing vendor and will ask questions to ensure your event is set up for success. Our talents are best used for little details like escort cards & guest book tables, and setting out decor. We also like to be available for you, your family, and vendors to ensure everyone is comfortable. 

I typically plan around 20-30 weddings a year.
